Welcome to Nili Creation. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Products

We offer a collection of handloom and semi-handloom sarees sourced from trusted suppliers.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, slight variations in colour, texture, design, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, and the nature of the product.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

Product availability and prices may change from time to time without prior notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Nili Creation may cancel the order and communicate the applicable resolution to the customer.

3. Orders & Payments

Website orders are processed on a prepaid basis.

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay and its supported payment methods.

For orders placed through WhatsApp, partial payment may be accepted where agreed with the customer.

4. Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is not available.

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

5. Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order products require approximately 30–40 days for processing before dispatch.

Customer confirmation is required before processing a made-to-order product.

Once confirmed, made-to-order orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Nili Creation does not accept general returns.

Exchange is available only for eligible cases such as a wrong, damaged, or manufacturing-defective product, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

A proper unboxing video is mandatory for such claims.

7. Shipping

Shipping is currently available across India.

Estimated delivery timelines and other shipping conditions are provided in our Shipping Policy.

8. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, mobile number, email address, and shipping details.

Nili Creation is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nili Creation website, including photographs, product images, logos, text, graphics, designs, and other materials, is protected and belongs to Nili Creation or its respective owners.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.

10. Website Usage

Customers must not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorised activities.

Nili Creation reserves the right to refuse or restrict orders where there is reasonable concern regarding fraudulent or suspicious activity.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services such as payment gateways, analytics, advertising, and technology providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Changes to These Terms

Nili Creation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when required. Updated terms will be published on this page.

13. Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes relating to Nili Creation or its website will be subject to the applicable laws of India and the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
