We currently ship orders across India.
International shipping is currently not available.
2. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and dispatched on the next working day after successful order confirmation and payment.
Made-to-order products require additional processing time of approximately 30–40 days before dispatch.
If any additional time is required for a particular order, we will communicate the same to the customer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:
- Pune: 6–7 business days
- Maharashtra: 7–8 business days
- Rest of India: 7–12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location and courier operations.
4. Shipping Charges
Our products are generally priced at ₹999 or above. Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
5. Order Tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided to the customer through the contact information provided during checkout.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery may take longer than the estimated timeline during weekends, public holidays, festivals, courier disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
